可以從我的中文名，英文名開始，然後是年齡（如果年齡太小或者偏大會讓考官疑慮也可以不用提），我畢業於什麼學校，我是什麼專業（Major）的，我的興趣愛好是什麼。接下來，可以說說簡述自己出彩的工作經歷，最好是和申請崗位有關。我的性格和做事原則是什麼樣子的？
主要表達思想是：我這個人的教育背景良好、性格樂觀開朗容易相處、爲人處事正直、興趣積極廣泛、過往經歷適合此職位。
不知道考官名字的稱爲Sir 和Madam(考官面試開始有時會問候一下，一定不要因爲過於緊張而答錯)

爲什麼要出國工作
Why do you want to work aboard？
可以先說說對申請國家或者地區的欣賞和讚美比如：

自己的專業是對口的，酒管專業、烹飪專業或者你的專業屬於服務行業，可以更好的發揮自己專業知識和實現自我價值：

如果出國你能給工作的餐廳帶來什麼：
Offer wonderful service for every client who come to our hotel or restaurant. I will spare no effort to make contribution for enhancing our service level. (不遺餘力的爲提升酒店服務質量做貢獻）
出國對自己的意義：
Communicate with customers from everywhere. Gain a lot of friendship from different nationalities，I think that must be meaningful for me.
不要單方面強調出國可以給自己帶來什麼的好處（提高英文，開闊眼界等）要保證自己，所回答的內容具有邏輯性。

最主要的回答思路是：自己是如何適合這個崗位的，比如自己很欣賞崗位的供體（即餐廳），自己的性格開朗外向、善於溝通、自己專業對口，工作經驗也是和申請崗位相關的，所以自己想要申請該崗位。

要對自己工作過的酒店或餐廳有了解，如多少房間，多少餐廳，多少餐位等。

And what you don’t like? What’s your daily job?

熟悉自己的簡歷，在回答問題時，所說要和簡歷所寫的保持一致。僱主在問道工作經驗時可以主動告知自己的工作地點，工作職責，學到了什麼，在工作中遇到什麼開心的事情等等，要保持主動，將自己的優勢告知僱主。

如何處理客戶投訴
How to deal with the customers complaint?
弄清緣由Firstly, I need to know the reason why the customer have complaint.
尋找解決辦法，安慰客人Secondly，I prefer to offer some methods to comfort the customers，such as giving them some fruit as gifts or giving them little discount.
實在解決不了，尋找同事或者上級幫忙Finally, if I really can’t solve this problem，I will find my colleagues or supervisor to help me.
也可以舉例子說一件自己遇到的事情，然後自己是如果處理好讓客戶滿意的。

你認爲團體合作重要嗎
通用問題
首先要給出肯定的回答，團隊合作當然重要，一個人的力量是有限的，團隊合同可以更高效等闡述自己的論點，或者將抽象問題具體化，給考官舉一個例子說明團隊合作的重要性。
