1.負責聯想THINK筆記本電腦及其他終端設備的售後維修維護工作；
2.向客戶提供上門維修服務；
3.完成增值服務指標，確保服務質量，達到用戶滿意。
二、任職要求：
1.大專以上學歷，計算機/電子相關專業；
2.一年以上計算機軟硬件維修服務經驗；（懂家庭用電安全知識）；
3.精通WINDOWS操作系統，TCP/IP網絡原理，熟悉計算機常用工具軟件；
4.年齡20～30之間，性格開朗，善於溝通，具有良好的協調能力、服務意識和團隊精神。
1、 負責公司產品的售前售後技術支持工作。及時處理客戶的售後維修工作。
2、 負責客戶現場機器調試和培訓客戶使用人員操作、保養機器能力。
3、 反饋客戶提出的公司產品使用的不足及改進要求。
任職要求：
1、 大專以上學歷，機械、自動化、機電一體化相關專業。懂CAD繪圖軟 件, ***，年齡23-33。
2、 對自動化設備的機械和電氣部件有一定的瞭解。有中大型自動化設備公司售後服務和裝配調試經驗優先。
3、 具備軟件強的動手能力，能獨立判斷自動化設備的故障原因並解決。
4、 溝通表達能力強。有責任心及良好的服務意識。
5、 能接受出差，服從管理。
6、 能力突出者可以轉做海外售後服務工程師，薪薪優厚！優秀應屆畢業生可以應聘儲備服務工程師。
工作職責：
? 日常服務包括產品修理，維護，軟件升級。
? 負責客戶及銷售團隊的技術及產品支持。
? 收集產品及服務相關信息，維護服務數據庫並及時反饋給工廠。
? 配件存貨管理。
? 爲客戶提供現場維修及技術支持。
? 根據公司要求完成其他相關工作。

? 電子工程本科畢業或者相關學歷者優先
? 至少3年以上相關領域服務及維修工作經驗
? 擅長使用各類維修工具及儀器
? 具備良好的溝通能力，人際關係能力

Position Description:
Reporting to the Service Manager China. This position will locate in Shanghai. Responsible for product repair, maintenance and calibration work. Work closely with other team member to develop service business in China.
Duties & Responsibilities:
?Daily service work handling including product repair and maintenance, software upgrading.
?Responsible for technical and product support to customers and sales organization.
?Collect product and service information to maintain the service database and feedback to factory.
?Management of spare parts and stocks for service work.
?Be able to travel out for onsite customer support and service work.
?Other job related work required by the company.
Education & Experience:
?College degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred.
?Minimum of 3 years of service and repair work experiences on related industry products.
?Good knowledge on using repair and service instruments and tools.
?Strong communications skill. Fluent in Chinese and English.
?Able and willing to business travel frequently.
?Good in computer and software skills
