?Have the knowledge of high speed automatic production line, experience with punching machine, cutting machine and extruder machine is prefered.
?SAP experience is a Plus.
1. 負責設備電氣方面的檢修維護保養，故障診斷和排除工作；
2. 巡視監測相關區域電氣設備運行狀態。
3. 負責廠房的照明、插座、配電箱的點檢維護維修工作；
4. 填寫有關記錄和維修記錄工作。
5. 新設備安裝及調試工作。
要求：
1. 熟悉電氣基本控制原理，能看懂基本的電氣圖紙；
2. 有實際電氣工作經驗和設備維修經驗；
3.動手能力強，持高低壓電工上崗操作證。
4.具備良好的溝通能力，吃苦耐勞精神。
5.考慮到會出現加班以及去蕪湖短暫工作，有駕照與車的優先。
1、生產設備和設施電氣控制系統管理；保證安全供電，保證電氣設備正常運轉。
2、PLC控制系統的電氣改造；測試程序的備份，優化。
3、做好電氣備件的採購，管理。
4、配合新設備電氣的安裝調試。
5、上級安排的其它任務。
專業知識與技能要求
1、精通傳感變送，步進飼服，變頻調速，液壓氣動，可編程控制器，人機觸摸屏，工控通訊，自動化機構，計算機運用等。
2、可以繪製，審覈、把關電氣工程圖紙。
3、PLC程序，觸摸屏程序編制。
4、制定電氣設備各項規章制度及操作sop，維修計劃及週期檢查計劃，並協調日常的維修、保養等工作。
5、有注塑機和擠出機電氣控制經驗佳。
6、能熟練使用辦公軟件；能看懂英文圖紙。
