For our Process Industries and Drives Division in DALIAN,we are looking for a 西門子傳感器與通訊有限公司 生產線工程師 PU Engineer.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Design and set up production line facility, include equipment, layout, tools and etc.
2. Reduce quality risk and improve quality KPI by profession quality management logic and tools.
3. Continue to improve productivity by lean tool, the process routing time optimization.
4. Create and maintain the procedure, including EHS requirements, update work instruction (SOP) accordingly; train the operators according to the instruction.
5. Manufacturing process trouble shooting.
6. Maintain BOM & Routing accurately
7. Prepare for the products new variants, define technical specification, planning and qualification production equipment; Issue the Engineering change proposal to R&D or headquarters, also implement engineering change
8. Support the QM and procurement to finish the supplier qualification and audit, thereby to control the incoming material quality.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
At least 3 years work experience, experience in Mechanical Design,
Technical Bachelor degree;
Lean concept;
EHS basic knowledge;
Good team work and communication skills;
Good in speaking and written English.
What else do I need to know?
1、負責生產中問題的處理；
2、負責參與生產設備的驗收，對測試數據進行分析，並根據測試結果對產品提出改進意見；
3、負責對各項制度的執行情況進行監督和檢查；
4、負責新樣品的試製，小批量製作；
5、根據新產品實施新的工藝流程；
6、負責新進原料、物料樣品封裝及評測。
崗位要求：
1、通信、電子、自動化等相關專業本科學歷，cet-4及以上；
2、能適應階段性上四休二的倒班模式；
3、願意身穿無塵服，在無塵室裏面工作；
4、良好的溝通能力，學習能力，能承受一定的工作壓力。
1.過程質量管控，產線異常分析改善
2.製成品的故障原因進行分析彙總，對存在的問題提出解決辦法或建議，落實改進方案實施
3.負責測試工裝的設計，BOM的建立，零配件申購及組裝調試指導；
4.負責改善生產過程中存在的測試工裝問題，提升生產效率；
5.負責指導工裝技術員對相關工裝進行設計，協助進行工裝額上限測試；
6.完成主管交付工作及協助工廠品質工作推行
職位要求：
1.全日制本科及以上學歷，自動化、電子信息工程、機械工程、機械設計、機械製造等相關專業背景，2年以上工作經驗；
2.熟練用AutoCAD、ProE繪圖，等3D/2D設計軟件；
3.熟悉製造業企業業務流程；熟悉產線數據採集、PLC、自動控制、組態軟件、SCADA、DCS等產線自動化集成相關軟硬件系統設計；
4.有產線工藝佈局、物流規劃相關經驗優先；
5.執行力強、認真負責，服從主管安排，具有團隊精神，善於溝通協調，較強的執行力以及動手能力，學習適應能力強
1.指導、督促產線達到標準產量並不斷提升人均產量以提高效率、降低成本；
2.處理產線異常，給生產提供技術支持；
3.控制直通率，持續降低各工位不良率；
4.改進優化產品工藝，並及時給予生產支持，控制生產物料損耗；
5.完善治具、工具，達到配備齊全、使用方便、作業規範，便於最大限度提高生產效率與達到工藝標準.
