任職要求：

2) 熟悉數電、模電、電路分析等專業知識
3) 瞭解IE方面的知識，瞭解MOD法、POKEYOKE法、SMED、Ergonomics 方法
4) 英語四級以上，熟練運用EXCEL、WORD等辦公自動化軟件。
a.參與新配方的轉移、驗證以及生產追蹤。Involve the new formula’s transfer,validate and do bach trial
b.負責系統（Oracle）中配方的創建以及日常維護。

c.參與並領導生產工藝優化/質量改進/生產效率提高的相關項目

d.與技術部門溝通，解決質量問題及進行配方的更改升級。
Communicate with R&D to solve the quality issues and updated the formula the issue formula.
e.針對生產過程中出現的問題，根據實驗結果及時給出解決方案或建議。
According to the testing result to give action plan to solve the problem found in production process ;
f.收集工廠日常生產工藝操作的數據，彙總後形成報告。

For our Energy Management Division in Wuhan,we are looking for a STWH Quality PC Engineer/變壓器過程控制工程師（武漢）.
What are my responsibilities?
1. 對變壓器二次線裝配的過程進行控制，保證二次線裝配質量滿足要求。
Control the process of transformer secondary line assembly; to ensure the secondary line quality meet all the requirements.
2. 能熟練運用不符合項處理流程對所控工序過程中出現的不符合項進行跟蹤和處理，確保不合格問題都得到控制和解決。
Rich experience in nonconforming procedure, tracking and processing the nonconformities in process, to ensure all the nonconformities under control and all problems be solved
3. 統計分析所控工序的質量狀況，並根據統計結果進行質量改進。
Collect and analyze the quality performance in process, to promote the quality improvement according to the result of statistical
4. 制定和維護過程控制文件和表格，指導並督促操作者按照文件要求進行自檢和互檢。
Establish and maintain process control documents and forms, instructing and supervising the operator to do the self and mutual inspection according to the requirements
5. 定期對車間員工進行質量培訓，提高車間操作員工質量意識。

6. 對客戶從現場反饋回來的問題進行分析處理，並協調解決客戶抱怨。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. 兩年及以上變壓器或變電站從業經驗，熟悉變壓器和變電站二次設備運行原理。
More than two years work experience about transformer or substation, familiar with the operation theory of secondary equipments in transformer and substation.
2. 大學本科及以上學歷，電氣相關專業；
Bachelor degree or above, majored in electrical or related;
3. 熟練使用質量控制相關工具；
Skilled in using Quality control tools & methods;
4. 良好的英文聽說讀寫能力，英語CET-4以上;
Good command of English, CET-4 or above;
5. 良好的團隊合作精神和較強的抗壓能力，有較強的溝通和問題分析能力

3、對SIEMENS、rockwell等可編程控制器，STEP7、Logix，WinCC或其他工業組態軟件有過工程應用經歷。
4、能夠適應時常要去工程現場出差（本職務1年中累計有3個月左右的出差），要有儘快獨當一面的能力。
