崗位職責：
1、負責五金產品圖紙繪製；
2、負責配合五金工藝經理深化圖紙；
3、負責處理其他領導臨時交代任務。
任職資格：
1、大專以上學歷，工程類相關專業；
3、要求一年以上工作經驗；
3、熟悉掌握使用CAD繪圖軟件；
4、有五金或傢俱行業相關經驗優先。
1. 以客戶需求爲導向，瞭解客戶對於產品工藝性能的要求，技術難點，製作產品規範，提高產品意識，積極推進項目進度。
2.積極與供應商對接，瞭解供應商在工藝製造商的難點，在滿足設計需求的前提下，降低供應商製造門檻，實現快速、低損、易生產。
3.積極與公司內部採購及QC溝通，瞭解設計、成型、加工的關聯需求，加強協同溝通能力，提高團隊協同作戰意識
任職要求：
1.3年以上五金行業從業經驗，熟悉五金產品加工工藝，如衝壓/CNC/壓鑄/鈑金/電鍍/烤漆等，對五金加工工藝良率關鍵影響點能有效識別把控。
2. 熟悉 Auto CAD等設計軟件,能根據客戶理念設計產品。
3.具備較強的製程分析判斷能力、關注成本控制、溝通能力、決策能力。
4. 良好的溝通協調能力。
5.良好的英語讀寫能力。
1、製作新產品的生產工藝流程,標準工時的制定，安裝和調試新產品所需要的設備；負責公司進試產過程中的工藝研究，委外加工的技術溝通。
2、對IQC抽檢不良的料件進行評審，然後對不良的料件或圖紙提出ECR，並且對ECN的發行及追蹤。
3、不斷改善工藝流程，提高產品的產量及質量，降低生產週期。
4、各個部門進行溝通，瞭解產品的最新狀況及各個部門遇到的問題，並幫助解決問題
5、負責產品售後技術問題的處理，並改善產品工藝。
6、設計製作各種生產輔助工治具，提高作業效率良率。
7、撰寫SOP以及各類製程管控文件，用以明確生產流程步驟，保證穩定生產，逐步提高。
任職資格：
1、大專及以上學歷，
2、熟練操作電腦，對相關繪圖及辦公軟件熟練操作，
3、具有三年以上五金製造型企業相關工作經驗。
4、具有良好的團隊精神和較強的溝通、協調能力；
5、動手能力強，工作謹慎細心，吃苦耐勞。
6、善於發現、分析、解決問題，工作積極主動；
Requirements：
1. 3 years experience in Furniture hardware or architecture hardware field, like handle, screw product. .
2. Familiar with manufacturers.
3. Experience in Auto CAD, other computer-aided design software.
4. Good communication skill with customer and supplier.
5. Good command of English, in reading and writing, plus conversational English.
Responsibilities:
1. Take responsibility for all projects related to the main product of hardware products,and well manage the products and projects.
2. Working closely with our Main suppliers for multi level enquiry, quality and lead time etc.
3. To provide reliable technical support for product development and customer claim，tracking on going project, making drawing and specification handover to QC.
4. Frequently coordinate with suppliers, customers and all departments to make project goes smooth and as fast as possible.
5. sourcing new product for potential business, enlarge or promote the competitive package for customers. Handle with related testing, technical issue and price, holding good relation ship between project stakeholders, market review etc.
6. Coordinate with QC dept and purchasing team.
