老師們，同學們，大家上午好！Good morning, dear teachers and schoolmates.
美好的日子總是不期而至，慶祝教師節的喜悅之情依然盪漾在心底，歡度中秋佳節的期盼之心又在砰然而動。本週四我們又將迎來八月十五——我國的傳統節日中秋節。
After Teachers’ Day, the Mid-autumn Day is coming this Thursday.
中秋節因爲處在秋季三個月的中間一個月，所以稱爲“中秋”，是我國重要的傳統節日。
The Mid-autumn Day is just in the middle of the three months of autumn. So we call it Mid-Autumn It’s very important in China.
中秋的月最圓、最明、最美，所以中秋節又被稱爲“團圓節”。金桂飄香，花好月圓，在這美好的節日裏，人們賞月、吃月餅、走親訪友……無論什麼形式都寄託着人們對生活的無限熱愛和對美好生活的嚮往。
The moon is the most beautiful. People will look at the moon, eat moon cakes and visit friends. Whatever people do is just for the love to our life
自古文人墨客都把月亮作爲思念故鄉親人的美好的象徵，同學們一定能背誦出許多關於中秋、關於月亮的千古佳句，比如“舉頭望明月，低頭思故鄉”，“但願人長久，千里共嬋娟”，“海上生明月，天涯共此時”……這些佳句穿透歷史時空，流傳至今。
We old Chinese people make the moon be the missing to our family. Dear students, it is sure that you can say some poems about the moon.
中秋最美是親情，一家人團聚在一起賞月，講不完的話，敘不完的情；中秋最美是思念，中秋圓月會把我們的思念遞給我們想念和牽掛的人；中秋最美是感恩，給父母一個微笑，給親友一份問候，給師長一份祝福，心懷感恩，我們纔會更快樂，更幸福。
在中秋佳節到來之際我還要提示同學們三件事：
一孝敬父母長輩，在中秋節日裏能爲家裏做力所能及的事。
二爲辛苦耕耘在講臺上的老師、遠方的朋友發個短信，道一聲“中秋快樂”！
三假期走親訪友一定要注意安全，保護好自己，度過一個平安愉快而有意義的節日。
Let’s do three things for the Mid-autumn Day.
1—Do some small things for your family,
2—Be safe, take good care of yourself and have a happy Mid-autumn Day.
