感謝電臺信是爲表電臺示感謝而電臺寫的一種專用電臺信。受信者和寫信者均可是個人或單位。感謝 信可以直接寄送給對方單位或個人，也可公開張貼或送報社、電臺。 感謝信格式：①標題： 空一行正中寫“感謝信”三字；②頂格寫被感謝的單位名稱或個人姓名、稱呼，後加冒號； ③正文：寫感謝的內容，敘述先進事蹟，讚揚好的品德作風以及產生的效果；④結尾：寫表 示感謝、敬意的話；⑤署名：寫單位名稱或個人姓名、日期。感謝信要求把被感謝對象的人 物、事件準確精當地敘述出來，評價要恰當，文字要精煉，感情要真誠、樸素。Dear Minister, I am writing this letter to thank you for you warm hospitality accorded to me and my delegation during our recent visit to your beautiful country. I would also like to thank you for your interesting discussion with me which I have found very informative and useful. During the entire visit, my delegation and I were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm expressed by your business representatives on cooperation with China. I sincerely hope we could have more exchanges like this one when we would be able to continue our interesting discussion on possible ways to expand our bilateral ecomomic and trade relations and bring our business people together.
