在開始之前,不論能否進入Final interview,我還是想先誇讚一下Inbev。
Inbev的管培招聘是外包給Hudson的,整個流程非常專業;
從第一輪的筆試,到第二輪羣面,再到第三輪的壓力面,第四輪的business game 和individual presentation,最後一輪的Final Interview。
招聘流程包含了招聘的所有基本環節,而且據我的瞭解,最開始羣面就是從Hudson的經理開始的,後面逐漸升級。(有一位師兄曾經比較過各家公司的招聘流程,有興趣的可以查
資料看一下)
感言:能夠經歷這樣一個流程,可以說是找工作中彌足珍貴的經歷。

而後,我們就一起進入昨天(Dec 5th,2007 )的第四輪面試,第三面business game 和individual presentation。
This round interview was composed of business game and individual presentation.
For me, it’s the first time to experience this kind of business game, so moreto learn than want to win the game.
In the game, we are separated into 3 teams, and each team consists of 4 members.
In all, teams compete with each other by results of the EBITDA, and the marketshare of the products.
The steps of the game:
1. Team members choose the continent of your company;(Asia, Latin Pacific, North America are the three good choices);
2. then team member determine the price of the product, and how much money is used to promote, and how many employees you need to hire;
3. there will be 5 rounds of determine the price and the promotion and the employee numbers, but sometimes there will be only 4 rounds, maybe the company was acquired by another company, or bankrupted.
比較幸運,我們隊最後取得了勝利,而且發了inbev的襯衣,回來拆開看了是紅豆OEM的,不錯不錯!再贊一個。

下面再談一下Individual Presentation,
這一部分還是比較簡單,時間分成兩段,開始先閱讀材料,材料中有2個問題,根據問題閱讀材料並尋找答案;後一段做Presentation。
感覺更像案例分析,可以向面試官提問問題的,但是我忘記了。
Individual presentation總結:
1. 一定要把材料讀完,我就因爲沒有注意一份材料,後面被challenge的要死;
2. 非經管專業的同學如果想轉管理類,一定要老早開始準備英語,我吃了大虧;平時交流和Open questions沒有問題,但是到了Case Analysis死的很慘。

暫時寫到這裏吧,後面被大Boss challenge的要死,進Final的機會渺茫。
還是開始的話,非常感謝Inbev給我這樣的機會挑戰和學習很多,不論結果如何,
