考研英語小作文信函寫作的2大注意要點

對於寫作的考查，無非從三個方面進行，分別是：格式、內容、語言。而語言的考查佔到了百分之八十左右的權重。在對審題完畢後，明確題幹中的任務要點和背景信息，根據語域來大概確定寫作文章是正式性的、半正式性的還是非正式性的。如果題目當中只包含一個或兩個任務要點，建議考生最好通過what,why,how(是什麼，爲什麼，怎麼樣)三個角度來進行任務要點的擴展。比如，某教授邀請你參加一個留學生的活動，並向他們做一個關於中國文化的演講。題目中給出兩個任務要點:
一、接受邀請。
二、介紹一下將要做的演講的要點。或者要求你給校長寫封信，提出關於如何提高本校學生體質的建議。這個題目中包含兩個任務要點分別是：一.向校長說明你此封信函的目的何在。二.告訴校長具體的措施是什麼。以上兩個題目都各有兩個任務要點，我們建議大家在不跑題的前提下通過是什麼，爲什麼，怎麼樣的方式把已經給出的任務要點擴展出一個新的任務要點。這樣，一般就會有三個任務要點供同學們進行寫作。比如，第一道題，可以擴展出我爲什麼會接受這個活動的邀請。而第二個可以擴展出現在我校學生體質下降的表現。這樣，我們就有足夠的內容來寫夠120個詞，避免在一個任務要點上寫的過多，避免造成內容和語言反面重複，形成車軲轆話。

對於語言表達的具體要求，經過對考研英語寫作多年研究，我們總結出：在寫作當中，考官希望看到的語法結構包括定語從句、狀語從句、非謂語動詞做後置定語的表達、強調句型、同位語和插入語。另外，如果內容合適，也可以出現少量虛擬語氣或者是倒裝句。
信函的正文一般由7-8句話組成，首段一般是1-2句，中間段4-5句，末段2句。在首段，建議考生使用一次定語從句，對寫作目的進行修飾。做爲信函的臉面，首段往往會受到考官的格外關注，所以加入定語從句成分，有利用考官在短時間內形成該考生具有一定語言功底的認知。而拘泥與五大基礎句型則影響了首段的可讀性，留下不好的印象。在中間段，考生可以根據自身的情況把狀語從句，非謂語動詞做後置定語、強調句、同位語和插入語有計劃的植入主句當中，給文章增加色彩。
常用的狀語從句類型包括讓步狀語從句、原因狀語從句、結果狀語從句、比較狀語從句、目的狀語從句等。狀語從句的使用有利於突顯文章的邏輯性。而強調句主要的形式爲itis+adj/n+that+從句/todo，可以讓觀點更加鮮明，避免頭重腳輕的感覺。非謂語動詞做後置定語時，如果所修飾名詞爲動作的發出者則用現在分詞，若所修飾的名詞是動詞的承受者，則要使用過去分詞。插入語和同位語，則可以讓句子讀起來錯落有致，更加地道。
