how do i enjoy myself with my students? i donsquo;t think i can express how i love my students in a few words. i just know, they are the future of china; they are infinity in my hand. what could i do with them? to wait, to be patient, to expect and to love. from them, every teacher must see their future, teaching and guiding them responsibly.
over three years passed by, the first day of new semester was coming finally. as a new teacher of the school, i had something in common with my students, who were new faces. sitting in the classroom, since both of us were nervous, i showed a smile to them. at last, they relaxed themselves, smile was passed on to next. then all of them were smiling. at that time, i began to introduce myself to them. so interested in me, they all listened to me with full heart. of course i had chance to know something about them. one of them even was so excited with red face when she knew she and i had the same birthday. when i made a joke on her about her red apple face, the classroom burst out of laugh. no matter how different they are, in my eyes, everyone of them is like a waiting flower----waiting for growth. from then on, i had been in good relationship with my students. how lovely and nice they are!
and then, as teachers, not only do we need to be friendly to them, but also all the time we have to be ready for helping them. once two girls in my class went out for wandering from home without telling anyone else including their patents. in fact, they just wanted to escape from the family, which was full of quarreling. itsquo;s not hard to imagine how worried their parents were! but they had no way to communicate with them, nor find them. as class teacher, there was no time. i decided quickly to help the holpless parents. and i tried to contact with their classmates to make sure what they had talked about the going before. then i spent the whole night in looking for them with their parents in the city. after a long time searching, we found the girls in wangsheng. when they saw me, their class teacher, they cried loudly and sadly. everything was ok after they told me their complaints to parents. at that time, i knew, 1

thirdly, to be a teacher we need to know what responsibility is. as everyone knows, the chinese boy, hong zhanhui is one of the man who moves china. he began to rear his little sister since he was 13, the age at which we enjoy mothersquo;arms. without parents, he has to earn enough money for their life while he is studying at the same time. everyday, carrying his sister on his back, he went to school through miles path. when somebody asked him why he should kept doing this. he replied briefly: this is my responsibility! from his story, we know that responsibility is not an easy thing. is only what hong zhanhui done can be called responsibility? of course no. everyone has his responsibility and responsibility exists everywhere in everyonesquo;s daily life especially we teacherssquo;.
so, what is responsibility? from my point of view, responsibility is accepting what you are facing -- and not complaining your students. responsibility is holding your students' hands and reminding them to watch both ways before crossing their road. when there is something difficult in front of students, responsibility is helping them over them. when your students are in a trouble, responsibility is being there on time to help and guide them -- even if that means you will miss your favorite things.

however. people have realized that it will be too late if they donsquo;t do anything to prevent things from getting worse. for example, there is an earth hour on a saturday of march of each year. it is a global movement, usually it lasts from 8:30pm to 9:30pm. it is also called light-off for one hour. during this hour, all the light will be turned off. the purpose of this movement is not only to save energy, but also to warn the people to realize the importance of protecting the mother earth, and to stop violating the environment.
anyway, people and the environment have to keep a balance relationship. people take from the environment, and have to protect it too.

大家知道，我是去年畢業分配到古城教授英語這門課程。這個班實際意義上是我的第一屆學生，對於這些孩子們，我一直是用心在教，但是通過他們的考試成績看，並不理想。所以，我自我反思，自己在教學中可能還存在很多不到位的地方。我跟在座的各位不是第一次見面了，我希望家長們一定要知無不言，言無不盡，對我的教學提出一些寶貴意見和建議。
其次，我說一下我們班的這次考試的情況。總的來說，退步是比較大的。孩子們的學習勁頭遠遠不如七年級。成績突出的有周歡、趙婷、王浩、賀亭、白雪、許巧麗等同學。這些學生上課認真聽講，課後能積極主動完成老師交代的任務，因此，成績一直比較突出穩定。我們班呢，兩級分化一直比較嚴重，現在更甚!是差生比較多。像李卓旭，考了19分;李傑，考了20。劉超澤，26。對於這些孩子我也是想盡了很多辦法,但是收效甚微。今天藉此機會,我們一起來探討研究,我和各位家長的心是一樣的:都是爲了孩子。我先說一下這些孩子的共同特點：首先,就是這幾個孩子上課思想不集中,尤其是李卓旭和李傑,思想老是開小差,總需要老師的不斷提醒;其次,就是不按時教作業還照抄，我們班照作業比較嚴重的還有趙向東、吳學峯、魏佳水、郭金璽等同學。這個問題我已經教導過孩子很多次了，可是，真的是屢教不改，這是一個態度問題，希望能夠引起家長們的重視。再次就是，佈置的練習冊從來不獨立完成。這樣，長此以往，上課不聽，課後不看。作業還是照抄他人，怎麼可能會有好的學習成績?第三，就是這些孩子都比較懶惰。英語這門課程，其實很簡單。關鍵就是多記單詞。我每天要求孩子們幾十個單詞，這一點都不難。而這幾位學生連這點都做不到，一些常用詞彙不是不記不住，根本就是不用心記，懶得記。最後，也是最重要的一點，這些孩子的態度不端正。不喜歡學習英語，所以排斥一切有關英語的東西。對老師的話，左耳朵進右耳朵出。
以上，我對我們班部分孩子做了一些分析，有問題的家長可以對此進行提問，我們都是爲了孩子的成長，爲了他們的未來。
對此，我有如下建議給各位家長：
首先，您一定要多關心您的孩子。不是去了學校，責任就全歸老師。孩子正處在這麼一個重要的轉型時期，您的關愛對他們的影響很大，要不斷鼓勵孩子。不是成績好了，表揚買獎品，成績差了，責罵甚至打孩子。
其次、幫助孩子樹立正確的價值觀。很多孩子用爲成績差產生厭學情緒。他們往往會覺得學知識沒有多大用處。結合我們府谷這種生活現狀，他們往往會選錯崇拜目標，以錢爲核心。孩子們並不懂的知識將要在今後的生活裏起着怎樣舉足輕重的地位，這就需要我們家長和老師的共同引導了。
再次、教孩子學會尊重。
尊重家長，懂得分享父母賺錢的不易。懂得尊重父母的勞動成果，而不是肆意揮霍，還一副理所當然。不要嬌慣孩子，讓他們成爲高高在上的小公主，小皇帝。你要讓他們明白，生活並不容易，父母老師並不是他們永久的庇護傘。尊重老師，不要用虛假的作業，虛假的考試分數來敷衍，老師一心一意，她的學生這樣草草應付，對嗎?尊重他人，生活在一個大集體裏，只有互相尊重，纔會得到朋友，得到別人的關愛，在一個和諧的集體中健康成長。
最後，培養孩子正確的學習態度。
家長們不要把孩子的分數看做一切，不要用分數來簡單斷定他的學習。一個好的學習態度比什麼都重要。只要孩子有正確的學習態度，那他即使現在成績較弱又有什麼關係呢，只要自己肯爲學習下功夫，孩子的成績終究會突飛猛進。
總而言之，一切都是爲了孩子。希望家長們能在平時有疑問的時候常與我們老師聯繫，時時關注您的孩子的學習及生活狀況。

屈原就生活在這樣的時代環境裏，他對當前的形勢有着清醒的認識，於是在國內倡導推行了一系列的政治改革。由此得罪了舊貴族遭到了詆譭攻擊。面對壓力，屈原秉持寧折不彎，寧爲玉碎，不爲瓦全的思想，在與保守勢力的鬥爭中顯示了自己的高尚節操，赤誠的愛國之心。
