What are your salary expectations?
你的理想薪資是多少？面試談到最後都會問到這個問題，這也是面試中最重要的一個問題。那在談這個問題的時候應該注意什麼呢？
1. 談錢不傷感情。首先擺正心態，不必不好意思，畢竟薪資待遇是工作所得。
2. 要提前做好準備，對自己有一個正確的認識，並且對申請的崗位和公司的薪資結構有初步瞭解，基於此確定自己的期望，或者至少確定一個期望薪資區間。這裏準確定位很重要，要的太高容易失去offer，要的太低又自己吃虧，所以一定要了解當前行情，知道自己要多少合適。
3. 如果可以，不要給出一個準確的number。
下面就是兩個委婉的，不給出一個確定number的回答(Here's the best way to answer questions about salary):
1. My salary expectations are in line with my experience and qualifications...
2. If this is the right job for me, I am sure we can come to an agreement on salary...
但是一般情況interviewer都會問你確定的number(But the interviewer will likely be looking for a number, so come prepared with a target salary figure or at least a range in mind)，這個時候就只能給出一個自己能接受的工資數了。你可以說：
My salary expectation is xxx per month/xxxx per year. Of course we can discuss about it because I still do not know what is the detail salary constructure such as insurance...
